Parking surrounding the perimeter of the building will not be available during the event. Street parking is available off Hindry Ave and La Cienega Blvd. There are paid lots in the near vicinity including the Airport Economy Public Parking, Airport Courthouse, and Green Line Station Park & Ride or grab a bite to eat at Proud Bird so you can park in their lot and walk the 9 min to Sender One LAX.
Please carpool or use a ride sharing app if possible to arrive on the dates of the event.

Take CA-105 W toward LAX Airport, Exit 2A toward La Cienega Blvd/Aviation Blvd, Turn right onto Imperial Hwy W, Turn left onto Hindry Ave. Sender One LAX will be on your right, across from FedEx and Walters.
A vendor village will be open during finals on Saturday, February 29th and Sunday, March 1st. The Vendor Village will open at 11:30a, 1 hour before spectator doors open.
Vendor village will feature booths from our sponsors as well as products from local small businesses and artisan goods.
Some food and drink will be provided by our sponsors. Additional food and beverages will be available for purchase.

On the Finals days, there will be a security checkpoint on the South side of the Sender One LAX building. Near the normal parking lot exit.
Spectators will continue through the parking lot and the vendor village before arriving at the main entrance, on the North side of the building.
Express Lane
An express lane through security will be made available for individuals who:
- Have a Completed waiver on file
- Do not have a purse or other bag
Prohibited Items & Behavior
- No Professional Cameras will allowed on any of the event days
- Outside alcoholic beverages
- Illegal drugs
- Weapons of any kind
- Abusive, foul or disruptive language or clothing
- Animals (with the exception of service animals)
- Folding/Beach Chairs
- Balloons, confetti, glitter, balls, frisbees
Important Dates:
- Select walls will gradually be closed between February 19th - March 1st, 2020 in preparation for Pan-American Championships.
- Competition Preparation Begins, 2/19
- Pre-Qualifying Competition, Tuesday, 2/25 : limited climbing and spectating
- Pan-American Championships Competition, Thursday, 2/27 - Sunday, 3/1, spectating ONLY
- Regular Operations Resume, Monday, 3/2

All bouldering and ropes will be closed to non-competitors on February 27th - March 1st for competition.
- Athletes from climbing federations across North, Central and South America will compete for the top place at the Pan-American Championships. The top male and top female whose teams still have an open spot for an Olympic bid will secure their spot in the upcoming 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
- Starting February 20th, Pan-American Championship competitors will not be allowed to enter Sender One LAX to practice. Sender One SNA will be available for use during LAX closures.
